In circumstances when managers face international challenges they should be able to perform a range of different roles including planning, allocating resources, comunicating information, leading and evaluating. Managers sholud be encouraged to heighten their awareness of diversity and address it through appropriate styles of management and leadership so that the tension in the diversity results in creative outcomes.
In the importance of developing cross cultural management skills we find the ability of reaching a performance goal by mastering skills realted to systems, disputes, organizatioanl culture, formal and informal structures, and implementing plans for changes.
To conclude, the accomplish of any aim within cultures is the result of a well comunication skills, easy to adapt to other culture and capable of leading its members combine with the skills mentioned above.

I absolutely agree with you, I also think that cultural issues have a huge impact in international negotiations, and the importance of management skills, because if negotiator take into account the importance of each culture can have better outcomes.
